Google data and studio access
When you sign in, Google shares your verified email address and account ID with Listva. The studio uses them to recognize your account and show the owner your request. For members it stores the ID, email, access decision, request date and update date. The studio does not request access to Gmail, messages or contacts. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in.
Carousels and AI
Your projects are saved in the browser on your device. When you choose AI generation, the server sends the source text or image description and your selected settings to OpenAI or Google Gemini. OpenAI generates AI images. Checking a key also contacts the selected provider. Your saved API key is encrypted in the database and decrypted on the server to make these requests. The studio does not add your Google email or account ID to generation requests.
Deletion and backups
Remove a saved key in AI settings. Delete local projects under My carousels on the device where you created them. To delete your server account record and its keys, email the owner from the address you use to sign in. Deleted records may remain in database backups until replaced by 14 newer daily copies.
